The Friends of the Solana Beach Library is a non-profit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Donations are tax-deductible.

Purpose

The purpose of the “Friends” is to aid and support the Solana Beach Library and enhance its resources by receiving contributions and making donations to the library.

Our mission is to support the library as it strives to encourage literacy, lifelong learning, and the love of reading throughout our diverse community, as well as increase access to information and knowledge, and provide a vibrant cultural gathering place.

Library Hours

Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

When school is not in session (including summer) library opens at 10:00 a.m.
