Julie Ustin

Child Mental Health, B.A. from California State University of Northridge. Marriage and Family Therapy , M.A. from Loyola Marymount University. Worked with Hospice for 7 years, working with families and facilitating grief support groups, for adolescents, with a terminally ill family member. For 15 years, as a counselor, worked with first offense, high-risk adolescents, between the ages 12 thru 17; taught court- mandated parenting classes for DCS; and facilitated after school programs for girls between the ages of 7 thru 11. On a personal note, I enjoy art, music, reading and travel. I have lived in Solana Beach for the past 3 years and look forward to being involved in the library and the community.
