Title Wave BookStore
The Solana Beach “Title Wave” is a volunteer-run used bookstore, filled with donations from our community and proudly operated by the Friends of Solana Beach Library. All proceeds benefit the Solana Beach Library and Community. We offer a thoughtfully curated selection of gently used books (and more) at great prices. Our inventory changes frequently, with new selections including:
- Fiction: contemporary, mystery, fantasy, sci-fi, young adult
- Non-fiction: contemporary, history, political, biography, business, sports
- Reference: travel, cooking, garden, health, language
- Children's: board, picture, early reader, science & learning, graphic novels
- Classics: novels, poetry
- Coffee table & collectables
- Media: DVDs & CDs
- Puzzles
- Greeting Cards
- Magazines & Calendars
December also includes a special selection of like new children's books— perfect for gift-giving — carefully set-aside throughout the year, along with gently-used holiday themed books and games.

Our Mission
The Mission of the Friends is to aid and support the Solana Beach branch of the San Diego County Library.
- To maintain a membership of persons interested in the Library
- To focus public attention on library services, facilities and needs
- To enhance the Library’s resources by receiving contributions
- To make donations to the Library in order to encourage literacy, the love of reading, and lifelong learning
- To increase the community’s access to information and knowledge
- To provide a diverse cultural gathering place
